I believe everyone has a need for good internet service, but to allow a (EPB) to be the one is just wrong.They have effectively limited the competition in Chattanooga, and been able to use their status as a utility to be able to get around hurtles that the rest of us in the same business cant do because the law prevents us, such as using electrical conduits to deliver service through, and get right a ways since the Power company side already has those, and pole attachments that they own, and the rest of us have to pay for. They are a public utility owned by the city of Chattanooga, It is just not right for out city government to compete with us and advertise on every radio station, TV and billboard.
